We saw tweets last week that two of our recent chapbook authors—Dennis Norris II and Rowan Hisayo Buchanan—were Finalists for the Best Small Fictions 2018 anthology with guest editor Aimee Bender.

Dennis' piece—“Where Every Boy is Known and Loved,” from Excavating Honesty: An Anthology of Rage and Hope in America published by Paper Nautilus Press—is available to read on our site and is included in the print version of his chapbook.

Rowan's piece, “Juniper”, was published by Fairy Tale Review. Follow the link to read it.
