Every year for our anniversary we take a moment to check in—with our intentions, with the world around us, and of course with you, our dear readers. Last year, we were pausing in place to see when and how life would get back to normal after the appearance of COVID-19; this year we’re trying to figure out how to unpause and move forward into whatever the new normal will be.
